Immortal Lab offers recurring text messaging programs, as well as occasional one-time or limited-duration text messaging programs, which may include marketing, updates, and other service-related messages. These Text Messaging Terms (“Text Terms”) govern your participation in these programs unless additional specific terms are provided.

By enrolling in our text messaging programs, you agree to these Text Terms as well as Immortal Lab's general Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into these Text Terms. These terms grant us specific rights, provide certain indemnities, waive some of your rights and remedies, and limit our liability. Additionally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to these Text Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, following the Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures of JAMS Inc. Message Content and Frequency

By opting into our text messaging programs, you agree to receive recurring messages from Immortal Lab, which may include:

  • Educational content about treatments, pre- and post-care instructions.

To stop receiving messages:

  • Text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. You will receive a final confirmation text to confirm your opt-out.

If your mobile operator does not participate or support certain services, you may not receive messages or replies. Immortal Lab and mobile carriers are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages. Message delivery may also depend on the compatibility of your device and your location. Changes to Your Mobile Number

If you change your mobile number, please notify Immortal Lab to ensure continued service. Failure to do so may result in missed messages or delivery errors.

Changes to These Terms

Immortal Lab reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Text Terms at any time. Updates will take effect when posted on our website. By continuing to receive text messages, you agree to the updated terms. We may also notify you of changes via text message.

Liability Disclaimer

Immortal Lab is not responsible for any delays, undelivered messages, or errors caused by carriers, third-party platforms, or user errors. Participation in text messaging programs is voluntary, and standard carrier charges may apply.
